Our Sensory Room parties are suitable for babies and toddlers up to 18 months. We recommend no more than 8 children at our Sensory Room Parties to ensure everyone has the space they need to play enjoyably and safely.
Please note, children over 18 months are welcome to join the adults in the café where we have a small play area including a play kitchen, books and table top toys.
Our sensory room is located upstairs at The Bridge House. The sensory room would be set up ready for your little ones to explore with fairy lights, ball pit and soft play, bubble tubes, fibre optics, infinity lights, light projectors, light up toys, tactile and textured toys, materials and lots more!
It’s a chance for exploratory play in a safe, clean, relaxed and family friendly environment. All our parties have a bright and colourful theme to excite and engage our youngest party guests.
You would have exclusive use of our café area downstairs for the adults. Kids highchairs and toddler tables are also available.
You are welcome to bring any decorations you would like for your party.
The venue is conveniently located in central Stourbridge and is right by the entrance to the subway (The Bridge House, 11 New Road, Stourbridge, DY8 1PH). We are easily accessible from the high street and close to the public transport.
Entrances through wider entrance to the side of the building (Union Street). You can park on Union Street (2 hour time limit) or there are a choice of car parks around central Stourbridge.
You have exclusive hire of The Bridge House Sensory Room for babies and their supervising adult.
You also have exclusive use of the entire café space for any additional guests. Costs start from £100 for 3 hours exclusive hire.
Please allow time (at least 30 mins) prior to the party start time for your own setup (balloons, decorations, food, cake etc), and allow the last 30 mins of your hire period for tidying up etc.
E.g., 10 – 10.30 am | setting up for party
10.30 – 12.00 am | 1 hour 30 mins on the play area in activity room
12.00 AM – 12.30 pm | party food and cake in café area
12.30 – 1 pm | guests start to leave and time to tidy up
Kids' Sensory Parties in Stourbridge @ The Bridge House
Please note that once children head downstairs for party food, the sensory room is then closed as we cannot allow food and drink to be taken in there.
- Babies must be accompanied by an adult in the sensory room throughout the party but if other adults would like to stay downstairs in the cafe space whilst they are playing, this is fine – adults tend to ‘tag team’ it with each other!
- The café will be open for the duration of your party hire time to allow adult guests to order and purchase drinks (or create your own tab if you prefer).
- We do also ask that you take your rubbish away with you
- We request that if you are putting up banners/balloons that you use Blue Tac only (no Sellotape please).
