Frequently Asked Questions

Please see our What’s on? page for descriptions and guidelines of all our classes, courses and sessions. We are not strict about age ranges in our classes. Just go for whichever class you feel best fits their stage of development.

Younger less-mobile siblings are welcome in ‘Tots Tales Toddler’ classes; so that you can bring both children to the same class. Please note: once younger siblings are able to sit up, we will require payment for their space in class, as they can then begin to participate.

Our ‘Tots Tales Babies’ classes and ‘Sensory Room Play Sessions’ are for children at earlier developmental stage so this class is not appropriate for older siblings.

Our ‘Stay & Play’ sessions are best suited to little ones who are mobile but younger siblings and babies are welcome. There is always a little area with baby gyms and toys to keep our littlest visitors happy too!

For any other sessions you may need to bring a older sibling along to, please agree this with The Bridge House Management first.

Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our holidays and sickness policy:

We do not roll over unused classes, play sessions, courses and workshops. If you are unable to attend your booked session and we have availability in other classes within that calendar week, we will move your session. i.e/ If you know of a date due to holiday or other appointment then we will try to accommodate your booking in another class of the same week.

We understand that illnesses cannot be predicted and this sometimes means on the day cancellation. Unfortunately it is not viable for our business to roll these sessions over. If your child improves and is well enough to attend later that same week we will do our best to offer a space in another class.

e DO NOT carry missed sessions over to the following week. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds for unused sessions. You may offer your place to a friend if you know you are unable to attend. You would need to inform The Bridge House management in this instance.
