When notice is given, we will try to offer a transfer to another session within that week. Please note we do not role sessions over to another block. We do not refund sessions within a block or course.
The only exception is Fun with Food. We require a minimum of 24 hours due to food prep.
NB transfer of sessions is dependent on availability of alternative classes and not a guarantee.

⏰ 72+ HOURS’ NOTICE
Full refund OR transfer to another session
Cancel more than 72 hours before your booked session and you can choose between a full refund or transferring your booking to another available session.
⏰ 48–24 HOURS’ NOTICE
Transfer or credit at the centre’s discretion
Where between 24 and 48 hours’ notice is given, we may be able to offer a transfer or centre credit, depending on availability and circumstances.
⏰ LESS THAN 24 HOURS
No refund or transfer
Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

If you do not attend your booked session without prior notice, the booking is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
